Production program

Decades of experience allow us to reduce the border between imagination and reality to a minimum. Along with standard products such as gates, fences, staircase and terrace railings, door and window grills, canopies, furniture...we are able to implement every client's idea.
Although wrought iron is the main material used to make the above-mentioned products, we complete the offer with different types of box material as well as by making various constructions for different applications.

Material protection

At the customer's request, we protect the manufacturing materials from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing process in order to extend the life of the product many times over.

Final treatment

After the final product is formed, the final processing is done by sanding in order to remove even the smallest irregularities on the material. Also, the same process is applied after hot-dip galvanizing.

Painting

The process of painting the product is also carried out in order to protect against corrosion and for aesthetic purposes. If the product is galvanized, painting with the finishing color is preceded by the application of the so-called washprimer, a preparation that prevents the paint from peeling after application to galvanized material.

Design

After the accepted offer, we go out into the field in order to define the measures for production. After that, the complete production process is accompanied by adequate technical documentation in the form of a technical drawing and all relevant data for successful implementation.

Transportation and installation

We carry out the transport ourselves, unless otherwise agreed with the client. The assembly process, depending on the scope of work, takes a relatively short time since everything is prepared for this final part of the production process.
